Full refunds for items will be given under the following condition:

• Misprinted Goods

• Damaged goods while shipping

If you consider your product falls under any given above reasons, feel free to contact info@orthage.com  within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product. It will take 3-4  business days in order to process any qualifying exchange or return.

For Cash on Delivery Order Returns, you have to provide bank details with Bank A/c No and IFSC code to reimburse the payment. It would take upto 6 - 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account..

For Online Payment Order Returns, the payment would be reimbursed directly to your account from which the payment is made. It would take upto 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
